Thank you for purchasing digital products from Sitting Pretty Knits ("we," "us," or "our").
Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is made and the product is delivered and downloaded
1. Exceptions and Eligible Cases
We only offer refunds in the following, strictly limited circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical problem with the product files that cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund. You must provide detailed information, such as screenshots of the error, and allow us to try to fix it first.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will gladly refund the duplicate purchase.
- Misrepresentation: If the digital product does not match the description or features promised, a refund may be provided.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
- "Change of mind" or no longer needing the product.
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake.
- Inability to use the product due to lack of necessary software or technical skill.
