This is a gorgeous late 40s early 50s short sleeved sweater pattern.  The pattern is created using bobble stitches to give a Spring sprig look to the sweater, so this would look so lovely in spring colours.  The bobble arrangement gives this garment wonderful texture and looks like sprigs of spring flowers.

Needles needed: Old English sized 13 and 10
Yarn needed: 7 oz Fingering 2-ply (or modern equivalent)
Tension: 8sts and 10 rows to 1" square, measured over pattern and using no. 10 needles
